When I first hired Jon, he walked into a mess from a previous contractor. In short order, we were relieved to find someone who had an old school work ethic, honest, thorough and clear. Jon took the time to walk through our project note deficiencies, check with engineering, and get everything quoted. Sub trades were high quality, and were managed well and work progressed steadily. Jon is very hands on and assisted often, most importantly, he took the time to explain and offer suggestions; even if unrelated to his work scope. When some of the sub trades fell behind schedule, Jon took it quite personally and made things happen. Through no fault of his own, he accepted the responsibility and managed things well to get things back on track. In the end, the delay was very minor all things considered. This was large project, spanning months. At the very most, it was a one week delay. That is nothing considering the quality of work did not suffer.

His quotes were accurate, and there were no surprises. Any deficiencies/difference of opinions were discussed and rectified immediately. There were no heated discussions of forced “up sales”. It was a very straight forward process. I really appreciated Jon taking the time to do everything in writing so there were no surprises or miscommunications.

My only regret is not finding Jon to start our project from the start to finish. I would highly recommend him and should we require future work, I would call on Ingram renovations in a heartbeat.

Addition to our House

Jon was extremely reliable, professional and met all of our needs. Great communicator and stuck to his quote which is really important and his work was done well. I would highly recommend Ingram Construction and I would use them again for any future work.

Renovation – Flooring & Stairs

I decided to get rid of old carpet upstairs and the stairs in my house I called Jon he came over right away gave me a reasonable quote.  He started work on the new flooring right away, the flooring looked great after he was done and the quality of work was excellent and no mess.

Basement & Porch Renovation

Basement Development

Ingram Custom Homes (Ingram Renovations) had been recommended to us to complete our basement. We could not be happier that they took on our job! Our basement is exactly what we had hoped for! Jon took his time and worked with us to ensure we were getting the things we wanted and in our budget. He involved us in the process and was always courteous to let us know who was coming and going into our home.
